Why are we Here 

The one primary purpose of every  Group of Narcotics Anonymous is to carry the message of recovery in NA to the addict who still suffers, as stated in our 5th Tradition;

5. Each group has but one primary purpose – to carry the message to the addict who still suffers.

The purpose of the service structure of Narcotics Anonymous, as created by the groups, is to provide the help and support they may need to fulfil the primary purpose of NA. 

The 12 Traditions of Narcotics Anonymous, as can be seen HERE,  provide us with the guidance we need to help us fulfil that primary purpose together.
